Chill Time is Good Time….

Since Coach Belichick granted the team a 48 hour furlow, I ended up with a Saturday to myself. It couldn’t have come at a better time as I had the distinct pleasure of attending a Backyard Concert by Matthew Ebel held at fellow NE Podcaster, Chris Penn’s house. Erdo Ed, Bella and I headed out for an afternoon armed with “stuff”.

It was an awesome show and despite technical difficulties for those trying to catch the show online, the live show was perfect. Special thanks to the Ninja himself for the hospitality, to Matthew for sharing his incredible talent with us, and to those who made the day lots of fun.

I did bring a camera and my iriver as well as Kelsea’s dvd recorder but Bella was quite riled up and feisty (can you say sensory overload?!) so most of my attention was focused on her while just enjoying the music. Besides, with CC, Chris, and others with cameras in the house, I knew they’d have it covered! So, be sure to check out flickr for everyone’s great shots from the day.
